Family owned and run, Newent Golf Club and Lodges is 1 mile from Newent town and Three Choirs Vineyard, 25 minutes from Gloucester and 4 miles from the M50 Junction 3. Do you need an early breakfast? No problem, a full English Breakfast is served in the licensed Clubhouse from 7.00-9.30am. You do not need to be a golfer to stay here! All rooms have their own entrance onto a private landscaped courtyard. The rooms all have a private en suite with shower, free Wi-Fi, teacoffee making facilities, flat screen TV with DVD player and hairdryer. If you are looking for somewhere to eat in the evening, there are a number of places within a couple of miles which we can recommend. Anyone booking accommodation online who wishes to play golf will get a discount. 9 holes only £5, 18 holes only £10. Club hire available. Newent Golf Course is a 9-hole course with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. There are 6 par 4s and 3 par 3s.

Directions

Approaching from M5-M50Leave M50 Junction 3 signed Newent (careful, bad turning). Turn right at junction, to Newent. Carry on this road until entering Newent. Passing sign on left saying 'Welcome to Newent.' Take next left B4215 at lights, carry on this road for 1 mile and the Golf Club sign will be on your left. Turn left at the sign and quick left again into the drive of the Golf Club and BandB.Approaching from M4 (London)Leave M4 Junction 15 (Swindon, Cirencester). Stay on A419 until approaching Gloucester. Now follow signs for Ross-on-Wye or Ross. This will bring you through Gloucester on the bypass and onto A40. Leaving Gloucester after 1 mile you will see a sign on the right for Newent. Stay on this road (approximately 8 mile). Do not take road signed Newent town. Take the next right at lights, B4215, carry on this road for 1 mile and sign for Golf Club and BandB will be on your left. Turn left at the sign and quick left again, into the drive of the Golf Club and BandB.Approaching from all other directionsMake for Gloucester and follow directions as above.
